Order

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

To cancel your order please contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When you have paid for the order, you will  not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Track and trace

When we ship your order, we send the tracking number and a link from shipping company to your E-mail and your mobile number that you have used when you orderd.
It is very importent that you writ your E-mail and mobile number correct when you order. 

When you order is completed, we need 24 hours to complete your order and ready for shipping, if you not receive any E-mail or SMS after 24 hours from your order, please contact us, it could be that som of your information given when you place the order is Missing. 

After we ship your order, any change of delivery address, name, or date or generally changes, you should contact the shipping company that have responsibillity to deliver your package.
it is out of our hand to do any changes.

Shipment

After your order is complete and receive by us, we starting to pack your order, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday will be sent on following Monday.

Delivery time,depend of your delivery destination, For Portugal normally take 2-3 days, rest of Europe between 5-6 days will take to receive your order.

Delay in delivery could happen, transport companies sometimes have many routes to follow, and can cause delay delivery for each individual. If delay is out of normal, please contact us.

Returns, exchanges and complaints

Our warehouse staff are highly professional, if you receive a wrong item or damaged items, please contact us. please do not open Or use the wrong received item, in that case is not possible for us to accepet return. 

in that case we will send you new and correct item and send a return label to you for sending the wrong item back to us.

If you may have a complaint of any kind, please send us a e-mail, just don’t forget to add your order number.
